I booked a Non smoking room when I finally arrived at the property the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. She stated that I didn’t book a non smoking room she said I booked a smoking room all while trying to show her what I book she then said well that’s all we have left. I took the smoking from bc I was tired of traveling.

Room was fine, designated non-smoking. We are not smokers but found earmarks of previous smoking in the room (cigarette burns in bathroom). Potential for misunderstanding here. Suggest fixing the issues or not listing the room as “non-smoking”.

My room was covered in Black Mold. it was room 110. I checked in and then left. I came back to the room late and went straight to bed. upon waking up the next morning I went to use the bathroom and get a shower only to find that the bathroom is covered in black mold. I slept in a room covered in black mold. and the manager is refusing to give a refund for that night. I paid for safe clean room and it was anything but that. If I could attach pictures here I would. This place will never get my business again

We reserved two rooms, when we arrived one of the rooms had a terrible stench, it smelled of strong sewage that someone attempted to mask with a strong chemical. The front desk was kind enough to allow for a different room, the alternate room had a less severe sewage smell that we overcame with spray perfume. One of the queen beds appeared be smeared with snot and had multiple cigarette burn holes, even though it was a non smoking room. The ac unit was extremely noisy but we were tired enough it didn’t keep us awake as we had feared, the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine with a bad bearing..,we will not be returning to this location

Comfy clean and quiet
It was comfy, clean, and quiet. Good visit for the price. There were some signs of wear, but nothing a coat of paint cant fix. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, muffins, etc.
