"Quaint hotel conveniently located. The hotel is a short drive to the center of town with a laundry and restaurant with food like my mother cooked less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of parking, too. "

"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "Very unique experience in these rustic but rather perfect cottages. Only complaint would be the outdoor shower definately could be hotter. Otherwise king bed was comfy, perfect pillows. One other person in the pool during our 3 day stay. If you want peace from busy city, this is the place. About 30 min from Chiang Mai airport. We took grab into Chiang Mai sunday market, and it was no problem, about 30 min each way. Cute village areas out in Hang Dong. I would stay again! Staff were great too."

"Nice owners and beautiful property but the rooms need work. Very little hot water. My shower was like warm at best. Paper thin walls. I heard every word the guy next to me said. At times it sounded like he was in my bathroom. Also on that note, the employees decided that 730am was a good time to sweep outside my door for 1 hour straight. Of course I heard every step and brissel on that broom. The rooms are old. Definitely need some serious updating. The bed is almost broken. I say that...

"Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."
