"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). "Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."

"Très bel endroit mais malheureusement le manque d'hygiène et l'accueil laisse a désirer. La receptionniste n'était pas au courant de notre réservation. "We had excellent service and staff. The rooms were really nice and clean. The bar in the restaurant were really good. Excellent selection of food. Everything was really clean and up-to-date The only thing I had a problem is was the shower had hot water, but it wasn’t really hot like I like it, but I am from America so I am used to certain things. "We were picked at the airport by hotel staff and it was very convenient. We had a nice welcome at the reception with the fresh coconut drinks and cake for our honeymoom, the room set up was very nice and cozy. We also loved the al carte breakfast. "Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. "Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

"This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept. Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day. Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!"

"Great location just a short walk outside of the old city and close to many of the night markets. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The food in their restaurants on property are also great and the service was excellent. They made it easy to stay onsite if you chose. A larger pool area or a rooftop pool would have been perfect but again it didn’t take away from our experience. Would easily stay here again. "

"Spaces rooms and I love the patio doors that open up onto the deck and everything is walkable on all sides. You can go north and you can go south into the old city and there’s tons of restaurants all around and there is even a place to do your laundry at the end of the corner That is open 24 hours "

"The hotel was wonderful! The room and property was very clean! The location was wonderful to the mall and activities. If you are a light sleeper the airplanes overhead might keep waking up and the club next door also might keep you up. If can sleep through things then you will sleep great in the comfortable bed. The shower water in the morning was a little cold but at night it was perfect. "
