"A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. "The property was nice, the restaurant where we had breakfast was nice and quality good.and beer garden looked nice. However the bedrooms were poor, in need of updating as do the en-suite . The bedroom was clean however. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop outside hotel useful to get into Birmingham ."

"When arrived no one at reception (we arrived at around 4.30) had to hunt for someone. Room on first inspection was nice but dust in places, window would shut properly (hubby had to use curtain tie back to stop it opening). Bathroom had a seweage smell to it so had to keep door shut. No plug in the sink and shower didnt have much pressure and wouldnt stay in position. Only got 2 sets of towels for 3 people as was in family room.
