"Really friendly helpful welcome. Kept my bags while I parked my car. Told me about the parking discount straight away. Room really clean and compact. Nice social bar. Can eat in or take to your room. Great location 15 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast excellent loads of choice. "

"The lift has been out of action for some time due to a major fault , we were e mailed twice before our arrival to warn us of this. Brilliant communication , as we both are able bodied it was not an issue , as we were on the 5th floor the manager insisted he took our luggage up to the room and apologised about the lift issue which we already knew . A very nice breakfast, we will stay there again."
