"Great customer service and location but condition of the room and bathroom was very poor. Cannot control AC temperature asked for a portable fan. Shower head broken water coming out everywhere. Not much toiletries just shampoo and bar soap. No tissue paper, vanity set, no hand or face towel. No safe box, had to carry around a huge wood key chain for room key, bigger than my cross body bag Pictures very nice but not the way the room is. "

"We loved the central location, the courtyard, the pool on the roof was definitely another highlight. Staff was friendly, room was neat and clean, windows facing the atrium made for quiet sleep. We didn't use the restaurant on site as we loved exploring different restaurants and markets. I would suggest adding a mini fridge to the room to keep some perishable snacks or cold drinks. Gaps in the windows made the AC slightly less efficient, but I don't pay the energy bills in this place. I was...

"Good place to stay. Affordable and convenient to go around city center. However, I found cockroaches twice walking on top of my bed. The other downside is that there is a club nearby and you can hear the loud music until around 2-3am. "
