"The location is great, right off Shinkansen train station. The hotel has a western deco, looks like new. Our triple room was great and staff was courteous. We walked to castle with no problem. There is shopping area near by. Plenty of food options. The city was nicely lit during holiday, we liked it quite a bit. "

"Everything I’m looking for. Modern and clean. Quiet. Lovely view of city and mountains in the distance. Really easy to walk to from the main train station. Watch your maps first time, there’s a little parking lot with bridge to enter the hotel. Tub was bigger than usual nice for a soak. Everything you neee in the room like little fridge. "

"We liked how clean and quiet the hotel was and so close to Himeji station. The only thing that was inconvenient for us was there was no place to unpack our clothes. We stayed for 2 weeks so we had many clothes."

"Only thing I would ask is to have shuttle bus service to the train station in the morning OR at least around check out time. Other than that the breakfast and onsite "real" onsen were great to mention. The almond french toast is a special mention. Staffs were very friendly."
