Buffet dinner and breakfast both were nice but I was asked to pay 5500 jpy for an upgrade to get a room on higher floor. I declined the offer and when I got into my room i realised I got a room with no view at all. I paid hkd 2100 for the room- with zero view.

家族で利用しました。 スタッフの方が大変丁寧で、おもてなしの精神を感じました。 せっかくだったのでご案内いただいた最上階のビューバスルームへアップグレードしてみましたが、お風呂からの景色は湯船に浸かると見えない点と、お湯をためると窓が曇って外が見えない点が残念でした。 少し古さは感じる部分があるものの、ブランド感やスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく、また来たいと心から思えるお宿でした。

幼児同伴であり大型のベッドを希望してました。酷い寝相でもベッドから落ちる心配もなくぐっすり眠れたようです。夕食のビュッフェは子供も食べれそうなメニューが沢山あり楽しめたようです。
