施設や設備、備品は古い。車の方には駐車場があり、夕食のディナー付きで、浴場もあるので、お得だとは思うが、神経質な方にはオススメ出来ない。まず、駐車場には謎の廃車が駐車されており、物凄く怖い。室内は清掃されているのか疑うレベルで、ベッドシーツにはシミや汚れが多数。極めつけは、拭かれた形跡のない机の上には◯毛がのっていた。
