"I think the location out of the crazy Shinjuku area was good. Nice to be able to be across the road from a park and close to some attractions. Rooms on the smaller side of ones I’ve stayed in Tokyo. I found the issues for me were the pillow… really uncomfortable and only 1 small pillow per bed. ( had to get a massage it was so bad) so would have been nice if they had better pillows especially considering it’s a tourist hotel, and the blinds really let light in and there was no way to make t room...

"Had a lovely stay at the Tobu Hotel with my spouse. The staff were helpful, and accomidating in getting us set up in our room. They also helped us arrange a taxi for one of our evenings activities. The hotel is conviently located near Kinschencho Station which makes public transit a breeze. There is also a Don Quixote nearby ehich makes last minute souvenir shopping super convenient! "こちら、昨年も宿泊したホテルで再訪。昨年度、国立新美術館に展覧会を見に行くのにこちら宿泊した所、歩いて10分程で着き、駅からも歩いて10分未満で着くミッドタウンそばで立地は抜群。備品もお茶類が沢山あり、部屋で色んな種類が頂けるのはありがたいサービスです。 部屋は予約時、ダブルルームで予約しましたが、『エコノミーダブル』という名称は当日受付で確認すると『セミダブル』扱いになるらしいので、ご注意ください。 部屋は狭い！ですが、マッサージチェアがあり、部屋から東京タワーが見えるしで、寝具は寝やすいので狭いながらも癒しポイントは高いホテルでついついまた、来たくなります♪ 朝食付きプランにすると、たっぷり朝からビュッフェが頂けるのも高得点！ 定宿にしたいホテルです。"
