"Easy and smooth check in. Staff were friendly and helped us out with a later check out, we just paid half of a daily charge (considering we checked out at 6 pm). The bed and pillows were a bit stiff to our liking but again staff did everything to organise a topper and exchange pillows. "

The only gripe I had is that the housekeeping staff entered our room even though we left the do not disturb sign on our door AND we even told the staff when we left our room that it is not needed. "

"I like the hotel ,the rooms were good ,staff as very good. Easy to get to from the airport .Just a change from the airport train to the subway line. There is a laundry across the street by the 7/11. You need to get an octopus card from the 7/11 to make the machines work (no credit cards). I'd stay again "

"Excellent service from hotel staff. Polite and helpful. Location is not too bad about 10 min walk to MTR Station. A lot of amenities nearby. Room is true to pictures and pretty spacious for hk standards. Just that the room smells very musty and stale. "

"The property was a 10 to 15-min walk from Hong Kong station where the airport express stops. It's also less than 10min to Central station, one of the major stations. Lots of food options available around the hotel, but the Central area is a touristy area, so do expect long queues at popular food establishments. The hotel staff were exceptional. They even provided us with the best route (mostly sheltered) to walk to Hong Kong station from the hotel and saved us from dragging our suitcases on the...
