"Had a wonderful 5 night stay, location is perfect. It's walkable to the bus station, train station, cathedral is across the road and shops at your doorstep! It was quiet at night considering there are a few restaurants in the area. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was the perfect size, clean, very comfy bed and hot shower. Wifi was excellent. Room was serviced each day and again very clean. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. I'd definitely stay again and...

"We had a great trip. The hotel room for 5 was extremely spacious and it was so nice to stay right next door to the caves. We absolutely loved the caves. They were so big and the guided tour was great. The crazy golf was also great. Wells is only a 7 min drive and it is definitely a must. All in all a great stay with great value"

"The property itself was really nice, the room was well furnished with quite a large bathroom. Check in and check out were easy and all the people my partner and I spoke to on reception were polite and friendly. The property was close to a bus stop so it was easy to get to and from the city centre. The only issue we encountered was that the cooked breakfast was cold, even though we'd gone right at the beginning of breakfast service. We would stay here again, but maybe just skip the breakfast next...

"No lift, carpets warn, no parking but expensive on street parking, breakfast ok, beds squeaky, room small, service good and convenient, good location."

"Being a new facility still has "new carpets smell".Staff attentive and keen to please at reception and in restaurant. £10 parking charge a little unusual but would rather pay and hope my car is safe!"
