Only problem was the soap dispenser was empty in the shower and because we discovered this late at night, we did not report it at the time. Also the free coffee was being refilled when we needed it so it was unavailable. Seems to me they should have the next batch ready to go in order to be able to replace it immediately. Everything else was top-notch."
