"The hotel is very good. Rooms are comfortable and very cozy. Perfect for one person. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. The airport is not too far. The tram and metro line are only few blocks to go to the city. The only negative this is that they never cleaned the room in four days. They didn't change the towels as well. I recommend it but just be aware about cleanliness. The facilitates are really nice. I'll stay again in the future. "

"My partner and I have stayed here quite a number of times in the last 6 months. We find the rooms reasonably neat and tidy and roomy, especially if we are lucky to get the deluxe queen with spa room for the same or a discounted price as a queen room, regardless if we use the spa or not. Never had a problem with the staff...always friendly and polite. This long Australia day weekend, was the first time I have heard anyone having an argument outside with yelling...or hearing blaring Indian or...

"Easy check in, super clean, not that motel smell you usually get, not stuffy. Aircon was welcome. Lots of surface space. Great bathroom. Only rated the staff 4/5 because it was just transactional. Not bad service, just no smile, convo ect. We love great customer service/experiences and this lacked that. "
