Took a 100.00 room deposit from my account. No preauthorization. Charged the full amount. Stated I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Lots of places either don’t charge or do only a preauthorization that drops off in a day or two. Additionally, the gym smells awful with worn out or broken equipment. The spa is so overloaded with chlorine as to be unusable.

I stayed in one of the apartments with balcony. It was very large and spacious. The windows had block out blinds and considering the property is on a main road, it was very peaceful inside. I would stay there again if the need arises.

This property was spacious and beautifully appointed. The part we didn't like and were not aware of when booking is that the pool was on "the other side of the road" (a highway) and was not heated!
