The room we stayed in had a fridge that buzzed all night and when we woke in the morning leaked everywhere all over the floor. Also the king bed (2single mattress together) was very uncomfortable and uneven)

It’s in a great location. Pentridge has a fantastic cinema and we really enjoyed Brewdog. The room was a little more basic than I expected for the price and it was overly hot which we couldn’t change. We didn’t have time to ask for this to be fixed so I’m not sure if it could have. Staff were friendly though.

Staying in Melbourne from Qld our room had no heating and at midnight had staff trying to reset the system, unable to they provided blankets and the next day we were moved on request to another room. Staff were very apologetic and waived the parking charge. Was a dampner on an otherwise amazing property. A free night would have been more appropriate in our opinion.

Excellent Position
I had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious,with very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Excellent location : shops, cinema, coffee shops and trams close by. I found the staff friendly and a special mention of Sophie who was most helpful. I will definitely return next year.
