"This property is reasonably priced and is blessed with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The property as a whole does show it's wear & tear. For example broken chairs around the pool, damaged cabinetry in rooms, drapes with holes but that said is very clean and I would stay in the property again. It is conveniently located close to the Medical district and NRG stadium and does not price gouge on game days."

Room was fine, comfortable and clean, and staff nice other that front desk attendant on check out day - not at all nice or even acknowledged my presence. Generally needs improvement."
