"Marian at front desk was so friendly and helpful. 2nd time staying here and great both times. Saw her both times as well…one year apart. ;) Nice to save money with their complimentary breakfast (biscuits/sausage gravy, eggs, sausage, yogurt/cereals,waffles) and the 5:30 Kickback can’t be beat. Complimentary food, like pulled pork sliders, Alfredo, baked potato bar, hot dogs, nacho bar…..and 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult! Love it here. "

"It was the worst experience in my life in a hotel rats roaches disgusting I should be refunded for my stay there I walked into the hotel room sat down on the bed roach at the roach rat I didn't even stay there one night I booked it for five nights walked out maybe 10 minutes later from that place no I don't recommend this place to anyone and that place should be closed down"

"Good stay convenient location for Md Anderson. Couple things it didn’t have anything in gift shop we wanted a couple of Cokes and some Advil and they had none and none at desk. Also for what charge water in room sb free. Gym is great staff very nice bed comfy and room clean. "
