"There is no view of the beach and it is in an area that is mixed industrial residential BUT it is on ½ a KM from a major grocery store 1 KM from the beach and 3 ½ KM from downtown Oranjestad. If you are willing to walk a bit, use buses (Stop is at beach. Learn the schedule) and taxis (Always only a few minutes away. Only a bit expensive) you can save hundreds of $ by avoiding a car rental. New owner, Amir and newly renovated with new everything including towels. Amir is always there to help...
