"I arrived at check in time of 4pm and was not able to check in because the manager was not there. She showed up 45 minutes later. Check in was OK. I asked about the time for the free continental breakfast the details showed. She claims because it wasn't on the confirmation of the reservation, she was not going to honor it. The ad also says free airport shuttle. Details to contact the property did not come up on my end until I was already in route to the property so I ended up taking a taxi. ...

"The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The stairs leading to our room were very steep. Our room was situated separate from the other rooms. Assistance was needed to carry luggage upstairs and these stairs could be deemed as challenging for the elderly and people with special needs. The staff are very friendly. "Unique experience in converted shipping containers. The place is clean but could use some additional maintenance. The room itself did not have hot water, showers are solar heated, i.e. lukewarm at best. "Bed and pillows probably the most comfortable out of any hotel we have stayed in. Personal pool in private area was amazing. Quaint, minimalistic feel yet well appointed. Beach chairs towels and ice chest for guest use was perfect. Water temp could be hotter and in room safe should be secured to floor, as it was loose in the room. "
