"Convenient hotel for flying out of Terminal 3. We arrived at the hotel just before 9pm and was told the restaurant was closing at 9pm so had to opt for an M&S sandwich. Booked a family room, which had no window, but luckily we were only staying one night and had an early start, otherwise it could feel claustrophobic."

"Hotel check in took a while considering it was busy, they seemed to be ubderstaffed rather than slow / poor service. The room was large and spacious, and reasonably clean (the curtains had marks, and the phone was dusty) but the bedding / bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfy which allowed for a good pre-flight sleep and the shared airport taxi was cheap, easy to use and very convenient. "

"Would have liked a longer bar service , bar food or at least a limited menu up to 12 pm . Only 2 towels in a family room . "

"Nice place by a little lake. Old but felt clean. Weird policy of not bringing any outside food or drink to the terrace but otherwise a good value. It says airconditioning but there was none. It was cool and had an openable balcony door. Also be careful. The lakeside terrace apparently close at 11. The door locks from the inside and if you are not niticed you might be spending the night iut there Pss. Also the parking spaces are unreasonably narrow"

"Friendly staff in reception and restaurant, amazing facilities clean and little things that are considered eg bag for wet swimwear in pool. Only complaint is the electrical equipment in room is out of date for PAT testing( I'm a health and safety officer so notice these things) and the food in restaurant, mainly breakfast could be improved as it was cold... Might be better to let guests order as they come in than the buffer style"
