Hotel very well situated for Glasshouse concert Hall, easy walk and also easy to get bus into town if needed. As an older woman alone all that was very important and I will certainly stay again."

"Excellent modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle and 2 mins from the station. Stayed in a family room which was spacious and had a bunk bed which the kids loved. Room was new, spacious and quiet. Excellent value for money. "

"This was my second time using this property and whilst the first time was excellent this time wasn’t as good. The main problem was that we were ignored at breakfast and when we did get there attention and ordered they forgot to bring it to us.Also the toilet wouldn’t flush, the basin tap was loose on arrival and it took 2 days to get sorted."

"Parking was far from hotel and a little inconvenient as we had several suitcases. Bar was great and so was their menu - ate dinner in dining room which was very disappointing. "Crispy" pork belly was under cooked and all fat and no meat."
