"Staff were lovely and friendly and so helpful. Bed was not too comfy and bit noisy at night due to other customers. Breakfast was decent and included."

"Booked the Cairn but my room was over the road at the Carlton so bear this in mind when booking room walls paper thin had the pleasure or a courting couple in the early hours in next room on the upside my booking said continental breakfast but it was hot buffet did have to ask for my vip discount for the restaurant "
