The only two downsides are the only way to get to the rooms are via stairs but have 2 lifts that are pretty much always available for you when you need them. "The location was very convenient and safe. The property was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful and kind. The only downside was the hotel had an unappealing smell and the only window went to a balcony in the middle of the complex instead of to the street. "
