We had a small but comfortable room with a shared bathroom (there were 2 in the hall) and while I initially was anxious about that, not once did we ever feel like it was shared. The staff keeps the hotel and bathrooms INCREDIBLY clean; you don’t even get the feeling that there are others staying there. The location is also incredible - everything is within 15 mins walking. We will certainly be back!"

"This was the most shocking hotel experience we have ever had! After a long walk up several flights of rundown stairs, we were made to wait outside the hotel enterance until the owner turned up half an hour later. Once inside the check in process took a further 15 minutes where we were told we needed to make a cash payment for the room which we had already paid for by card. After putting up a fight we managed to get out of paying for our room twice. The owner then tried to take us to a different...

"The spot is absolutely beautiful, and so peaceful. Staying in a stone building amongst an olive tree orchard. Would highly recommend bringing a bottle of wine and some homemade charcuterie board food from the store, and having a wonderful time on the beautiful terrace. "

There had been also a mistake from your company: We could not phone them, as on your Expedia documents, there were no phone number of this hotel!"

"We had the shared bathroom to ourselves so that was a bonus. The room had a fan, no a/c. WIFI wasn't working properly. Loved how the French-style doors opened onto a shared balcony. Also liked having a sink in our room. Very close to the train and bus station, which we needed. The hallway was under renovation so it was very dusty and the elevator wasn't working...the hotel is on the 2nd floor; okay for me but inconvenient for my daughter that had two heavy suitcases."
