"This is a nice romantic retreat (log fire in lounge), quiet and set in the woods and pretty gardens and well cared for. Nice place for a meditative retreat or base for walking. Very good wifi. The owner is very helpful and pleasant but not always on site. Apart from no TV or central hotel reception, the apartment was a good size and well equipped, especially the kitchen. "Great villa, good location. A car is strongly advised as situated at the bottom of very steep hill to main street in the resort of Garajau. Great views. Spacious villa. Well kitted out with everything needed in the kitchen. My only comment would be we would have liked more towels, but the host Jose was fantastic."
