"As the name implies, this was an excellent place to get to know Madeira. The grounds of this property is truly a gardener’s paradise with *labeled* endemic Madeiran species as well as exotics, including massive rhododendrons. The home itself was very clean and cozy with all the comforts needed. Anna is the host and is the loveliest person. She had baked us xakes for our arrival and supplied us with extra beach towels when needed.
