"Defiantly the worst property Ive stayed at, I wish it had reviews before I booked as I’m sure they would of agreed with my account of my time there. We killed two cockroaches, had small insects in our belongings, I’d leave the house and find them in my hand bag! The property had a strange smell, stray cats which was heartbreaking as they’d be looking/ begging fofor food. The bathroom in our room had no door, plus the water system didn’t work, so it was either piping hot (enough to make a coffee)...

"A very good place to live. The location is great at the top of the mountain. The view is very beautiful. The service is excellent. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful and very nice person. I advise everyone to try this excellent hotel and they have cars if you want to rent a car ... Next time if I visit Madeira I will go to the same place"
