"This is an amazing hotel. I would give it 12 out of 10 stars. If I could, the staff was beyond amazing they knew about my allergy before I even opened my mouth to say anything. Our servers were excellent. The food was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The surrounding area is lovely and won’t get airport noise, even though you are a two minute drive from the airport. There is a heated pool and a lovely bar by the pool. The only thing that we have to say that was negative is we wish we could’ve stayed way longer.😃"

"It was by far the best experience during my first trip to Madeira Island. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the Atlantic Ocean and listening/watching the waves crash against the cliff rocks was simply surreal! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely go back for more!"

"There's nothing special to do in the mountain area and the morning is pretty cloudy without view, also there's no view from the room. I expected to have better aroma in the room and in the pool and lobby area. The bad was soft and comfortable, the bath kit was nice, and the breakfast was good."
