"Beautiful boutique hotel next to a winery in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. They arranged same day winery tours and horseback riding for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great laundry service and too. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! "

"I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case. "Room and bed were fantastic, nice and clean, very stylish, beautiful view of the gardens from the doors. Staff were brilliant and very attentive even though we were up a long time before breakfast had started, they still made us sandwiches and fruit for us to take on our journey. Only one thing I was a little upset about was that the Restaurant wasn’t open which I think they should have informed us of before we arrived as i was hoping to eat there."
