The facilities and surroundings are very well maintained. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are always spotless. The breakfast was acceptable. "Although we only stayed one night we had a great stay! We arrived early but were able to spend the day at the pool before our room was ready. We were in the premium zone and the restaurant exclusive to us was excellent! View of the beach, good food and superb service. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Was a terrific place to stay before we took the ferry the next day."

"This is the fourth time staying at the Fairfield and it never disappoints. Customer service is top rated - Joshua went out of his way to accommodate my early arrival. The building is new, shuttle is always on time (every 30mins) and the breakfast provides a lot of options. I use to stay at the Hampton Inn - its now getting dated/expensive and breakfast is not as good as before. I am glad I found a new place to stay which is also within walking to shopping. "

"This is a very convenient and clean hotel near the SJO airport. Unfortunately there was some construction for improvements around the pool but I think it’s worth while for this hotel in the future. Otherwise the staff is extremely nice, friendly, and attentive. The pool area, despite the construction, is very nice and relaxing. Rooms are clean and adequate but minimalist. You get comfortable beds shower gel, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer but that’s it. No refrigerator in the room but staff...
