"My husband and I loved our stay at Jenna's River B&B! The property and the views were so beautiful, I could not stop taking pictures. We loved relaxing on our private patio as well as in the open air bar and open air restaurant. Service was friendly and accommodating. Others have made comments about the stairs. Yes, there are a lot of stairs because the entire property is on a steep hill. I was also concerned about the comfort of the bed and bugs in the room, as that had also been mentioned in a review. My husband and I slept comfortably and housekeeping cleaned the room and changed the bedding every day. We saw one or two small bugs in the bathroom, but I see bugs like that in my own home from time to time, so I didn't see that as a big deal at all. This hotel also provided us with a pitcher of filtered water in our room every day. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Guatemala!"

"This hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, close to many restaurants, shops, and to the water taxis. We had some of the best food on our trip at the restaurant. If you are vegan, the restaurant has plenty of options. The staff are also wonderful, they helped us decide where to visit and helped us book a taxi back to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"We enjoyed our stay peaceful property. Loved the kitchen space and the convenience of local shopping to prepare our last supper in San Marcos . The host who greeted us was lovely and made us feel welcome. The shower was great hot water which was amazing ! Communication prior and during our stay was great thank you ! "

"Absolutely loved this place. So so cute, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff is so accommodating and sweet, they were always asking if they could get me anything. Food is SO GOOD. Best juices I have ever had in my life. The stairs around the property are killer but it’s worth it for the views, quality and price. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. It should have been mentioned in the description of the property. The place itself is cozy, clean and has great views, although partially obstructed by the vegetation. A little far from the village, especially if you are walking at night, but you can always take a tuktuk. "
