"I loved the large thermal water pool, and my husband loved the steam room, warm pool and cool pool. We also liked being in an environment with the majority of people being Costaricense, as we weren't interested in an exclusive tourist resort."

"Hotel was in good clean condition, staff were nice and the included breakfast was good! The road in front of this hotel is a nightmare with traffic so plan to add at least 20 mins on to the trip anywhere. The room we had was situated right by the check out desk .Since there are no elevators, starting at about 5am I could hear people dragging suitcases down the stairs, talking loudly, and kids screaming. I am a deep sleeper living in Manhattan and this was still extremely irritating woke me up...

"An amazing property to stay at if you have a quick 24-36 hour layover in Costa Rica. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are incredibly designed to provide a cultural feel with eco sensitivities, and the best part is that the property has about 2-3 hours of hiking available on the grounds Will come back next time I'm flying through SJO"

"It was ok But my room was on the street view and there was a water sewer loose on the corner and every single car make a lot of noise when drive on top of it. Very loud. Can’t let us rest well "

"The service at this cute little villa was superb. Our waiter was extremely personable and made our first night in Costa Rica very memorable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower’s water pressure was amazing. The hotel was a little noisy since it is right off of a well-traveled road and we heard loud motorcycles well into the night. The mattress was fine for me, but some others in my group complained about it being too firm. "
