"Everything was perfect. The only thing I would like to mention is that the receptionist only recommended their transportation when we wanted to head out to town instead of giving us the option between their transportation and Uber. Their transportation fee was $28 plus tax and Uber was $7. Other than that, this is a really great resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the views are AMAZING! "Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. Great bar and restaurant. Hand towel holder fell off the wall, though. A bit of a longer drive to the airport than expected. Other than that, no complaints. "

"We stayed in a junior suite plus with a beautiful view of the volcano. Our patio looked out on a gorgeous manicured garden. Every staff member we met was friendly, kind and helpful. Although there are no cooking facilities, there is a fairly good size fridge which came in handy. We were able to purchase simple lunch ingredients from the Maxi Pali that we took with us on hikes.
