"Our Go To small, private adults only boutique hotel where the best of downtown PS is just out the door. Staff friendly, helpful. Light snack breakfast provided daily, champagne upon arrival. If you want a “Resort”, with golf, tennis and a bar, this is not your place. But the pool is large and lively, spa on the premises, and everything else PS has to offer within footsteps away."

"Great customer service. Great setup for working remote in the room. Had a nice desk and separation from the sleeping area. Only catch was the toilet wouldn't flush before we even got a chance to use it. The maintenance team quickly responded and unclogged it. The next day we were gone all day and tried out the toilet again to be safe, and it would no longer flush again. Once again the maintenance team was very quick to act. "Property was great location, and clean; however this trip was booked and paid through with Expedia. Upon checking out, I provided a different credit card to cover a few things I expensed to the room during my stay. The hotel ended up charging my card for the entire stay, even though the room was booked and paid for with Expedia. I spoke to 4 different people at this facility, and most of them did not have authority to correct their mistake by cancelling the charge. Definitely frustrating! "

"This was our first time at Villa Royale. Loved the beautiful designed, quiet spaces. We didn’t realize it was an adult only (21 and over) property until we checked in. The Resturant/food here was a welcome surprise. We only stayed one night but will definitely consider a return on our next trip to Palm Springs. "

"I had to make an urgent trip to see my ailing parent, and Comfort Inn Murrieta was both conveniently located and had an appropriate room available for a reasonable cost. The staff were completely professional and helpful at every contact, and the room was clean and sufficiently appointed for my needs.
