"Considering its convenient location and price point, the property provides good value for the money. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. My guest room fixtures and furnishings would benefit from renovation, but the room was clean and in good working order. I'd recommend the property for budget travelers but not for leisure travelers seeking a luxury resort."

"Staff was friendly, great location for dining options. Four great restaurants with a block! Beds are fantastic, clean rooms, decent complimentary breakfast treats, complimentary bikes are nice to use for touring the neighborhood. Pool was clean. Only thing I’d change are the two couches (if you want to call them that) at the one end of the pool. They are ripped, uneven, heavily stained, and looks like something you’d see in an alley. Would stay again…."

"No big issues with my stay and I could see myself booking this property again. It's located off the main drag a bit so the neighborhood and general building were quiet when I was there. However the walls were a little thin and I could hear my neighbor talking and later snoring. I also wished the ac ran a little colder, it felt warmer than what I had it set to and kept switching off though I don't think it hit that temp. "This is a great little hotel designed in the 50’s that is a block from the main strip in Palm Springs. The food is great as is the service. The rooms are spacious and have linoleum floors, big bathrooms and a comfortable king bed. There are no televisions in the rooms. The pool is great offering shaded areas all day, places to sit under shade structures close by and poolside service. The bike they have for guests to use are less than ideal. One speed and very hard to pedal. I’m a cyclist and...

"The hotel is in city of Riverside and every store or food place is within distance. The staff were very kind and always asking if we needed anything. The bistro bar that is located inside the hotel offered coffee and breakfast options. If you wanted they offered dinner options starting around 5pm. My family and I only did breakfast twice. We were content with the food and the staff that works in the bistro area. If we ever come back to visit Riverside again well without a doubt we will come back...
