"We are a family of four (with two little kids), and this was a great place for us to stay! The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. Paloma was very communicative and helpful. The kids loved waking up to the roosters, taking a long bath in the jacuzzi, and the surprise dusting of snow on our last morning! The fresh eggs and honey were a special (and delicious) touch. The location is close to everything and safe. Highly recommend! "

"Amazing tourist and relaxation destination in Maipo Valley. On-site activities and restaurant. We got massages and did the Zipline. Wish we had more days here for horse rides and swimming in the pool! Staff was super helpful. WiFi only in common areas."

"From the outside the property looks really good, but from the inside the rooms need some work done. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some remodelling as the bathroom had thick layers of mould, there was a leak in the ceiling that made some of the lights stop working. Also some cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchen some of the drawers were not clean."

"No puedo dejar comentarios sobre el lugar porque cuando llegamos estaba todo ocupado y no tenían registro de la reserva. Después de revisar se dieron cuenta del error y trataron de acomodarnos en otro lugar que lamentablemente no estaba todavía en condiciones. "The hotel has absolutely no perks. Breakfast is poor, and all meals offer no chance to choose. room was Ok, but don't ask for anything more, Location is pretty nice but the hotel has no access to the river, which is a few feet from the rooms so you have to go to a nearby resort to practice any water sport or just stroll by the river. when we asked for a trekking activitie or a massage the people never made any reservation and never showed up. "
