"The hotel has absolutely no perks. Breakfast is poor, and all meals offer no chance to choose. room was Ok, but don't ask for anything more, Location is pretty nice but the hotel has no access to the river, which is a few feet from the rooms so you have to go to a nearby resort to practice any water sport or just stroll by the river. when we asked for a trekking activitie or a massage the people never made any reservation and never showed up. "We are a family of four (with two little kids), and this was a great place for us to stay! The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. Paloma was very communicative and helpful. The kids loved waking up to the roosters, taking a long bath in the jacuzzi, and the surprise dusting of snow on our last morning! The fresh eggs and honey were a special (and delicious) touch. The location is close to everything and safe. Highly recommend! "
