"I loved that the hotel was close to the lanes and the seafront, there are lots of places to eat nearby too! The owner was lovely and was nice that they had the pub next door too so I did pop by for a drink. Inside the hotel had what I needed like kettle, tea, coffee and hot chocolate and the only thing I can think of that would of made it would of if it had a mini fridge so I could store drinks etc inside. I had a wonderful time here with no problems at all and I would stay again."

"Stayed for the Easter Bank holiday weekend and had a lovely time. The room I stayed in had a fantastic sea view and was fully stocked with all the hotel essentials you could need. The price was slightly expensive but the staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The hotel is located right on the beach front, with a short walking distance to transport, the pier, bars, and amenities. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this hotel for anybody seeking a cosy room with a seaside...

"Hotel was nice, staff were very nice and great value for money for a cheap over night in Brighton. Location was great too, with beach across the rd and the pier almost opposite. My only issue was the shower had very, very weak water pressure dispite being on max and the temperature control was frozen so the water was about room temperature! I only discovered the shower issues in the morning when I got up so not able to complain until I was checking out 30 mins later. Reception were polite and...
