"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. This was unexpected. -The bathroom was not cleaned before our arrival. Not by any...
