"Have stayed here many times. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M25, close to Lakeside Shopping Centre. Plenty of car parking, hotel grounds clean. Check in was quick and easy and the lobby was clean and festively decorated. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Restaurant and bar are nice, well stocked and reasonably priced. Food is lovely. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I visit the area and will be back again soon. "

"The Inn on the Lake Hotel is excellent value. The low price included a full service English breakfast (also other varied offerings). Restaurant had a wide range of oferings. I will stay there again."

"The room was very large. Lots of space and the bed was comfortable. Needed some extra pillows. Quiet. Good price and well placed for accessing Southend shopping and theatres. The carpets in the room could do with being replaced as many stains."
