"The staff were really welcoming and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was great and room was clean if a little warm. The only problem I had was the parking area was an issue as the way cars had parked made very difficult for me to park and the disabled person was unable easily access the car. The staff did apologize and said they would look at the situation."

"Set by the water, Docklands was a nice stay with great views at night and good food over at canary, service from hotel staff was great and friendly and the boat fair was quick and free with proof of the stay, signs to training facilities were a bit difficult to find until close by and colombia seemed a little understaffed, overall 4/5"

"A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. "Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road.
