" Very good stay ,staff were very good especially the personnel working breakfast , one minor point is the entrance to the hotel could do with a clean every morning."

"I was checking in with my dog Rusty. Expecting problems checking in, I was greeted by the receptionist, Odura, (forgive my ignorance at the spelling of her name)! She welcomed with a big friendly smile, she took care of check in in minutes. One of the quickest check in’s ever. Odura is a credit to the Park Inn hotel in Southend."
