"Staff was very nice, but limited to desk staff. Don't expect help with luggage and property is not accessible. It is an old property with no proper heat/air conditioning control in the rooms. The beds are large enough and very comfortable. The room is clean. Hair dryer is of the old very low power variety. Water pressure/temperature was good. "Exactly what I needed. I stayed while visiting Milan to go to a football game at the San Siro. It's a 10-15 min walk to the closest metro station which is the M5 line that goes direct to the San Siro which was great. The hotel itself was a good standard, not too fancy and the staff were really friendly."
