Whilst we knew the hotel location, we were surprised that there is NOTHING around the hotel. The trams were not operating due to maintenance work and there was a train strike when we left so ended up paying £250 to get to the airport! Hotel itself is fine and staff helpful. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest by the hotel did agree to refund this, There are quite a new mosquitos in the hotel and both myself and girlfriend weee bitten several times. Disappointing stay.

Excellent hotel the staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. I felt very safe as travelling alone for a conference just a shame it was so far from the conference centre 12-15euros in taxi so use the tram

I love the hotel. My friend and I stayed for 4 days and It was amazing. The hotel was cleaned and the room. They staff were friendly and polite, they speak well English. I enjoyed staying there. We picked the property solely for its proximity to San Siro Stadium in the event Uber/Taxis/Metro were all overwealmed after a concert (they were and our prescheduled ride never showed). We were able to walk the 4 kilometers back so the pick payed off since the event was the purpose of the trip. We were in town less than 70 hours so we Ubered everywhere to save time waitng on buses/trollies/Metro which were are all viable options if you arent pressed for time. I dont feel the light system next to your door for service was clearly explained. Other than the shower wall tiles needing a pretty good scrub everything was clean and our room provided plenty of space, especially the bathroom.

Lovely hotel, lovely room, great breakfast room with lots of choice, friendly staff, city centre 10 mins on tram which is 2 min walk from hotel, hotel has its own car park and two EV chargers, would definitely stay again
