The Leonardo Hotel was lovely. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful and helped me find places to go and things to see and do that were in the area to make my stay memorable.

We had pleasant stay. The hotel is very confortable and very close to piazza Gae Aulenti. I reccommend the hotel either to stay with the family or for business trips. They also offered a free upgrade to my room, much appreciated !

Beautiful hotel. Set on edge of Chinatown. Reminiscent of the way hotels used to and should still be. Spacious rooms and friendly hosts make a visit worthwhile.

Great hotel for business.
I stay in many hotels on business but this one excelled. It's a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area but don't let that put you off. It's 4 star and the staff are super helpful. Located right on the edge of Chinatown and a short walk to the subway.

A large and comfortable room, and the location is ideal for exploring Milan, as it is close to Centrale train station and tram and Metro stops are nearby too. Metro line to San Siro stadium is just a few minutes away, making it a good choice for football fans, and Chinatown is a busy, exciting part of the city.

The cleaners on fl1 was unfortunately spreading very strong bodyodeur. It stayed on for hours. Management should provide staff with more company clothing and chances to have a shower. The ladies job was spotless. Reception was very accomodated and breakfast was good

The hotel and staff were excellent. The hotel is located in the Quartiere Chinese district and we found that restaurants of interest to us were not within walking distance from the hotel. We did not enjoy the location of the hotel and the area surrounding the hotel.

I used to stay at this hotel when it was l’ermitage hotel. Even though the hotel was not new, the staff were very gracious, professional. We arrived at the hotel now under new ownership and we were not greeted by anyone. The is no one to help with the luggage. There is no beverage whatsoever in the mini bar. There was only one set of towels even though there was two of us in the room. This is now a motel, not a hotel. If your intention is to stay one night and leave, it will do. Otherwise, find another hotel. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

I loved the room but carpet and stained upholstery. Air conditioning turned off at 9 pm which makes no sense given that s when people need air conditioning. Hotel in la Spezia didn t charge us city tax to compensate for nights when air conditioner didn t work. This hotel refused to compensate us for the inconvenience.

We stayed two nights with family in one room (3 persons). Extra bed was ok. Room was clean and quiet. Perfect choice for two nights. Location is not best, neither very central (considering Duomo), but if you are willing to walk 20 minutes into Duomo then that should not be a problem. Generally I would rate this as very good experience as there many reviews that gave poor picture of the hotel that it is not. Strong recommendation, with worth of money!!!
