"Tivemos uma ótima experiência,fomos bem atendidos,mesmo um pequeno problema no quarto após a chegada prontamente resolveram, café da manhã bem variado,piscinas e programação muito boa, além de comprar ingressos para o Hot Park com um excelente desconto. "

"This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff."

"Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food...

"The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of...

"O quarto e o ambiente é bem confortável, mas para o check-in foi necessário aguardar em uma fila enorme por quase 1 hora, não nos passaram todas as informações necessárias. No café da manhã havia filas enormes pois as pessoas estavam aguardando reposição de comida ou pratos. Mas a comida era ótima, tanto do café como no jantar."

"The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND "
