"Estava tudo muito bom. Apenas uma observação a fazer: A. TV tem apenas um canal, a TV Serra Dourada (SBT GOIAS) e pra quem tem criança passa apertado, já que nada possui um canal pra entreter a meninada...os planos de tv por assinatura hoje sao tão acessíveis. Fora isso, tudo muito bom!!! "

"Fiz a reserva de 5 diarias no Laqua Diroma pela Bvtur. Foi exelente a estadia, apartamento super conservado, lindo enorganizado. Todo dia tinha o servico de camareira e tive direito a roupas de cama e banho. O hotel é muito organizado, tudo sempre muito limpo. "We had a mix up at check in, where i stated jt was only myself on the confirmation, however my wife was not on it, and they would not let her in. After a long time of rude employees they stated they would allow her in if i paid more, so i did. Then i was told she doesbt get breakfast the next day and the day after. Will never go again or allow family to go there"

"I was supposed to have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, but after less than an hour I started having problems. First problem was that the room is offered bare of any amenities - as I am travelling for about a month, you would expect to find simple things like shampoo, soap, fresh usable towels, hair drier, some water in the fridge, etc. There was absolutely nothing. I asked reception for shampoo and such likes and was told the hotel does not provide those. I had to go out in the rain and find...

"Location was good as it was walking distance to Feira da Luar and restaurants. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Sheets and towels not very clean. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Though they had parking, depending on which lot they put you in, it was difficult to get in and out."

"The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay."
