"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice a place Zanzibar View Hotel was. One of the most beautiful and clean (very clean) boutique hotels I have stayed in. "The hotel is not glamorous and amenity wise it is what you would expect of a midrange hotel. However it has a perfect location right on the beach and easy access to local tours and attractions. "This is good property but would need extra care to bring it go to place. Our rooms were not ready upon check in due to electrical problems. The appliances in the kitchen are faulty and electrocutes when plugged in. Raised the issues but not addressed. The tv remote did not have batteries on checking in and it took more than 24 hours to get it working. "Such a beautiful property! It was not crowded during our stay so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our suite was a bigger sized suite that was perfect for us. It looked out of the front of the property, and we had a little bit of a beach/ ocean view. The breakfast that’s included was made fresh every morning. The staff was very attentive. The pool was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was great. The pool was convenient and there was plenty of sun chairs for the amount of guests. The resort has everything you need from a convenient store, massage, PADI shop and two restaurants. The happy hour is great but the food is so-so. The hotel staff are kind and very helpful. The staff at the restaurant are kind but sometimes on island time and orders aren’t always correct, which happens sometimes. Overall would recommend. The AC in our room didn’t blow all the way to the bedroom as it was in a corner. The fan breeze somehow could not go through the bed net. And the washroom stayed fairly humid and warm. "
