I stayed in an ‘updated’ apartment which had a balcony overlooking the pool at the front of the hotel. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. "My room 1272 was a good size for solo use, it was a bit of a walk from reception but there’s clear steps/walkways. Some aspects a bit dated. Could not use balcony due to sharp palm tree leaves taking up 1/2 the space. Walk to the beach/shops was ok, around 15 minutes safe and quiet area. The walk back from the beach does have a small incline but most people with moderate fitness will cope. Would not have paid the full price but it was fairly priced for the ‘offer price’."
