"Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and had everything you would expect from any other hotel. My only gripe, and it is a very minor gripe, is that the restaurant only serves food during certain meal times. But they are close enough to many other good places to eat, so it really wanst a big deal. I was still able to get a delicious Mojito with fresh mint from the garden. And when I was able to eat at the restaurant for Bfast, and 1 dinner...

"Hotel staff claimed they did not have our booking or payment (of course the booking was fully paid). After few minutes they found it and said that they did not recieved any notification and they are fully booked on that day. It was late at night, we had to find another hotel in the area ourselves. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not help us with anything. All they said was they were sorry. We are very disappointed."
